ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
United States Youth Soccer Association has adopted a “Zero Tolerance” policy. We of Eastern New York have not been diligent in enforcing this policy. Therefore, effective 01 September 2009, in ALL YOUTH SOCCER MATCHES we will be enforcing the following modified Zero Tolerance Policy.
The use of Foul and Profane language towards another person – opponent, teammate, coaches, referees, etc – will result in AUTOMATIC EJECTION [RED CARD]
The use of Foul and Profane language out of frustration will result in AUTOMATIC WARNING [YELLOW CARD]
The above also affects ALL BENCH PERSONEL.
All game officials are required to inform both players and coaches of this policy prior to the match.
